I remember when I was growing up we had 1 phone in the house that
hung on the wall. Now everyone has his or her own cellular phone and
you can even use the telephone over the Internet.
I remember when I got sick it was stay home in bed and drink lots of
fluids and to reduce the fever You slept under lots of blankets to
sweat it out. Now it’s over the counter drugs to keep you going to
work or school.
I remember the big bulky video recorders you had to hold on your
shoulder. Now you can take videos with you cell phone, see someone
across the United States or the world using a web cam.
I remember you had to go to the bank to get money and transfer money
if you were lucky to have more than one account. Now that’s done
over the Internet.
You see on the news the Armed services have planes that fly with no
pilots in them.
Even in the hospitals back in the day some operations would take all
day now it done in few hours. Some are even done with the use of
robotics.
Why do I bring all these up today?
Well before these became part of main stream, it took people like
you and me to try them and prove that it works and is covenant.
I have worked with a few women and showed them a process that
yielded them greatly reduced menstrual cramps during their menstrual
cycle.A girl experiencing this part of life for the first time.
A woman with endometriosis would suffer for days, after a 20-minute
session on the first day of her cycle she experienced no cramps the
rest of her cycle.
Through the process of today there have been 2 clients that used
this process over the Internet and received positive results.
If you are one of those woman that would like to experience less
painful Cramps during your cycle then this is for you.
If you know someone else that would, then give them this opportunity.

Alternative Medicine
What are the major types of complementary and alternative medicine?
The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine classifies alternative therapies into five categories:
1. Alternative Medical Systems
Alternative medical systems are built upon complete systems of theory and practice. Often, these systems have evolved apart from and earlier than the conventional medical approach used in the United States. Examples of alternative medical systems that have developed in Western cultures include homeopathic medicine and naturopathic medicine. Examples of systems that have developed in non-Western cultures include traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda.
2. Mind-Body Interventions
Mind-body medicine uses a variety of techniques designed to enhance the mind’s capacity to affect bodily function and symptoms. Some techniques that were considered complementary and alterative medicine (CAM) in the past have become mainstream (for example, patient support groups and cognitive-behavioral therapy). Other mind-body techniques are still considered CAM, including meditation, prayer, mental healing, and therapies that use creative outlets such as art, music, or dance.
3. Biologically Based Therapies
Biologically based therapies in CAM use substances found in nature, such as herbs, foods, and vitamins. Some examples include dietary supplements, 3 herbal products, and the use of other so-called natural but as yet scientifically unproven therapies (for example, using shark cartilage to treat cancer).
4. Manipulative and Body-Based Methods
Manipulative and body-based methods in CAM are based on manipulation and/or movement of one or more parts of the body. Some examples include chiropractic or osteopathic manipulation, and massage.
5. Energy Therapies
Energy therapies involve the use of energy fields. They are of two types:
- Biofield therapies are intended to affect energy fields that purportedly surround and penetrate the human body. The existence of such fields has not yet been scientifically proven. Some forms of energy therapy manipulate biofields by applying pressure and/or manipulating the body by placing the hands in, or through, these fields. Examples include qi gong, Reiki, and Therapeutic Touch.
- Bioelectromagnetic-based therapies involve the unconventional use of electromagnetic fields, such as pulsed fields, magnetic fields, or alternating-current or direct-current fields.
